Traditionally, the harmony of yin and yang is one of the core philosophies of Chinese medicine. Chung Yin Tong endeavors to strike a balance between rigidity and softness in the treatment of patients, that is, the integration of theory and therapy.
Under the brand name is a set of signs inspired by Chinese bronze inscriptions which represents the five elements — wood, fire, earth, metal and water that are believed to be the basic elements of everything in the universe. The five forces are interrelated and work in harmony to balance the energies in the body, which is also an important principle in Chung Yin Tong’s diagnosis and treatment.
